The Equipment we will be needing is a microphone that will cost £50.00, the microphone is a vital piece of equipment to record a high quality sounding audio media podcast. The headphones will cost £20.00 which we need to be able to hear the podcast during the editing product. The mixing desk for a show like this is very important, as there will be lots of sound effects used and background music. The mixer will be to adjust the volume for each effect we want to use, this will cost around £235.00. And finally we will need a PRS License which will cost £100.00 which is vital for a radio show like Dylan Eggbeat as we will be playing lots of different music on the show. Or we could use a recording studio which would cost £80.00 for a session, but the issue with this would be the fact we would have to record the shows in bulk. Therefor leaving a lot of editing left over, this isn't ideal due to the fact we could get tired and worn out, after spending many hours in the studio. Dylan Eggbeat is a pretty tame show so there should be no controversy and it will be shown before the watershed as it isn't any real issue. Because it doesn't really deal with any mature themes such as sex, alcohol or drugs.
